Transition Plan

Designed a transition plan for a leading international NGO working in India for the last 60 years with global presence and facilitated the process of establishing a full fledged legal Indian entity across Programs, Fundraising & Corporate Functions. The study included an action plan comprising situation analysis, gap identification and opportunities & challenges.


Organization Restructuring

: Advised and implemented an organization restructuring plan across support functions for an international NGO implementing programs across 10 states. Suggested hub structures, centralized responsibilities thereby maximizing efficiency and eliminating redundant positions.


Sustainability Plans

Consolidated program progress reports, meeting minutes, donor reports, exit strategy to develop sustainability plans for a UK based NGO working on enhancing the role of IT in Education.


Organization policy

Development Sector Partners designed and developed an organization manual for an international NGO with presence in 40 countries and for a national NGO based in MP working with homeless children.


Employee Handbook

Designed and developed an Employee Handbook for a leading NGO working with children/ child protection issues.


Competency Mapping

Defined each competency and assessment parameters and accordingly developed competency based interviewing question bank for a leading INGO working with children, youth, the specially challenged, women and the elderly.
