  • Sonali brings rich functional HR expertise through her diverse work experience in the social development & corporate sector while working with leading NGOs like CRY, CARE and Mobile Crèches and corporates like Indraprastha Gas Limited and as Head Compensation & Benefits for the Landmark Group (Lifestyle, Max, Citymax Hotels & Hospitality, LMG Brands, and Spar).
  • Has worked closely with leadership on strategic issues pertaining to establishment of critical HR systems and processes i.e. performance management system, talent acquisition & retention, compensation & benefits, developed organization policies & procedures and career development programs. Also led ERP implementation across 5 group companies.
  • Sonali is a Post Graduate Management in Human Resources from Amity Business School. Further, she holds an M.Sc. (Rank Holder) in Community Resource Management (Social Work) and a B.Sc. from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University.
